This a new lil sushi joint in DownTown Hilo called Hime Sushi! They lived in ka`anapali maui for 15 years and before that japan. This is the real deal! They moved from ka`anapali about a month ago and opened up shop in hilo because they said that they were “Too Busy” in ka`anapali! Thats seriously respectable! So now they found a little home in hilo where they can feed up to 11 people and their hours of operation is “Lunch time” & “Dinner Time”, closed on mondays......
