Ayo! So, back in the day they used to use kukui nuts, oil and coconut husks to make candles that could burn slowly and provide lighting.....
Given this function, my mom assigned her college class to create art pieces out of these materials and could still also be used as its original function.....
I wanted to post this up because of how impressed I am with the results!
Its like taking Architectural/Industrial/Fiber&Art construction on to a native canvas while still holding on to purpose and function!
